The Cummins Coach Care, Allison Authorized Service, and Caterpillar RV Center networks appear on the list of preferred service facilities. Each center provides 24/7 emergency service assistance, a service lounge, and trained technicians to service your coach engines, transmissions, and generators.

Before you obtain services covered under your warranty
If you are obtaining services covered under your Newell warranty, please have the service facility contact us before they start the repairs. For repairs that qualify for warranty coverage, we will issue a confirming purchase order, and when possible, arrange for direct payment with credit card.
